Dear Saint Mary’s Families,
I feel incredibly blessed to have led our faculty and Saint Mary’s Community for another year concluding with a wonderful Friday night graduation. We are proud of all of our students, whether they are starting their journey in astrophysics, venturing into the world of collegiate athletics or continuing their career in the arts. I take pride in every student who walks across our stage and continuously proves to the world that great futures start here. We are special because all of you who continue to be a part of and support our mission: provide opportunities for spiritual growth, strive for academic excellence and empower students with the skills and compassion necessary to thrive in an ever-changing global society.
The impact our students make on the world is evidenced by accomplishments achieved during their time at Saint Mary’s. This last school year, several students entered the Catholic Church during the Easter Vigil Mass after months of sacramental preparation. We also had one of our students named National Merit Finalist, and a number of students were honored locally and nationally for their academic accolades. Additionally, new clubs were created this last year to increase student engagement and interest on campus.
As the new school year approaches, we welcome new families to our community and look forward to a successful 2024-2025 school year. While we have no major changes, we will continue to build and keep the success of our students at the forefront of all decisions.
Saint Mary’s strives to provide an experience for students that builds a foundation that will last them well beyond their years in high school and college. By creating a culture of respect and encouraging lifelong relationships, students develop a hunger for growth that ensures that they always have the tools necessary to succeed. We thank you for choosing Catholic Education and entrusting us with your children.
As we embark on our 149th year, I’d like to extend a welcome and welcome back to Saint Mary’s High School. Over 60 faculty members will challenge your student and help develop them into the best version of themselves. We have a group of staff, faculty, and administrators who have answered their calling to Catholic Education and do not take their role lightly. As we bid farewell to the class of 2024, we open our doors to the Class of 2028 and all of our new community members.
God Bless and Live Jesus,
